British Council will arrange IELTS live exam in the Cambrian premises (given that venue specifications are met). A minimum of 20 registered candidates for a specific test date is required for the offer. The test date has to be declared 3 months in advance by Cambrian for British Council to plan the delivery of exam, order question papers and arrange logistics. The candidates can then later also collect their TRFs (test report forms) from Cambrian once results are released. As a registered IELTS Registration Centre (IRC) Cambrian will get all the benefits according to the policy.
British Council will also run an IELTS Consultation programme (interactive session on tips and techniques) and four skills workshop with IELTS expert for the registered candidates prior to the agreed test date to give a clearer picture of the test day and help them prepare. The sessions will be followed by an open question answer round.

The IELTS package for Cambrian will make the full version available for the registered candidates free of cost. In this way, this package helps candidates to take full preparation for their IELTS test and thus helping them take an extra step towards their career prospects. The registered candidates from Cambrian will also be able to have free access our digital library for 3 months.
British Council will keep a collection of hard copy IELTS practices resources at Cambrian Library so that the registered candidates can get a change to practice for the test at their own institution free of cost. For physical resources Cambrian needs to ensure the security of the books and audio-visual resources supplied by the British Council. In case of loss and damage, Cambrian will be responsible for collecting the charge from the individual and submit to the British Council. Charge for the resources will be based on the purchase cost of the resources.
